Nous recherchons un analyste des structures senior pour rejoindre notre équipe. L’individu occupant ce poste sera responsable des efforts d’analyse des contraintes sur la structure de la cellule et jouera également un rôle clé dans les tâches de certification des structures auxquelles l’équipe chargée des contraintes de la cellule est confrontée sur l’IPT des structures.

Il s’agit d’un poste hybride. Chez Wisk, cela signifie travailler sur place à notre bureau à Montréal 2 à 3 jours par semaine avec une flexibilité pour le reste des jours.

Dans cette perspective, nous recherchons un analyste des structures senior pour rejoindre notre équipe Contraintes des structures et certifications sur l’IPT Structures et Intérieurs. L’objectif de l’analyste principal des structures chez Wisk est de contribuer aux efforts d’analyse des contraintes sur le fuselage pour les problèmes de contrainte traditionnels sur fuselages composites et métalliques ainsi que contribuer à mener le travail et les résultats en matière de certification des structures pour le premier avion entièrement électrique entièrement autonome qui fonctionne et opère en toute sécurité dans un environnement de mobilité aérienne urbaine.

Le candidat retenu est très motivé, axé sur les résultats et est en mesure d’utiliser efficacement une solide compréhension des principes fondamentaux, de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et des compétences en programmation. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique focalisé sur le développement de la future aviation électrique.

Votre mission (What you will do):

  • Offrir un soutien quotidien en matière d’analyse des contraintes pour les matériaux du fuselage (composite et métallique), y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le dimensionnement du matériel, la création de rapports de justification, le soutien aux campagnes de test du matériel et l’aide à l’élimination des non-conformités
  • Coordonner étroitement avec les homologues de la conception et de la fabrication pour s’assurer que le soutien à l’analyse des contraintes est harmonisé entre les intervenants
  • Aider à mener et à élaborer la stratégie de certification des structures et la réalisation des résultats de certification des structures clés

Exigences (Requirements):

  • Baccalauréat, Maîtrise ou Doctorat en génie mécanique, aérospatial ou aéronautique
  • Expérience de 12 ans ou plus en tant qu’analyste des contraintes pour une application aérospatiale, réalisant des analyses de contraintes à l’aide de méthodes classiques et de méthodes des éléments finis.
  • Compétent avec NX ou MSC NASTRAN
  • Maîtrise des pré/postprocesseurs standard de l’industrie, tels que FEMAP, Patran ou Hypermesh.
  • Maîtrise des codes d’analyse par éléments finis normalisés de l’industrie, comme NASTRAN
  • Connaissance et aisance avec les règlements FAR partie 23/27 de la FAA ou similaires (comme l’expérience pratique de la certification de l’AESA ou de Transports Canada)
  • Expérience de l’élaboration de stratégies de certification des structures, comme l’élaboration de campagnes d’essais sur blocs de construction
  • Qualifications antérieures en tant que DER délégué par la FAA, membre de l’unité de la compagnie, DAR de Transports Canada, etc. avec délégation dans les domaines des parties 23/25/27
  • Maîtriser les méthodes classiques d’analyse manuelle, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le CLT, les méthodes de Bruhn, Niu, Roark, etc.
  • Expérimenté en matière de soutien aux essais structuraux, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la création de plans d’essai, la validation des essais de certification sur les composants statiques et de fatigue, etc.
  • Ce rôle nécessitera environ une semaine de déplacement par trimestre.
