Job Description We’re looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in the dynamic world of software design, development, and deployment, and is eager to help modernize our business for the future. You’ll play a key role in fostering transparency, building trust across teams, and driving accountability to ensure alignment with our strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and business partners while leveraging Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence to guide delivery. If you’re creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about enabling high‑performing teams, we’d love to have you on board. What You’ll Do Assist the team to clear obstacles, establish an environment where the team can be effective, address any team dynamics, and support the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. Work closely with the Product Manager and scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams. About You 2‑5 years’ experience in an Agile environment and preferably as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions. Some hands‑on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning. Tools experience in JIRA, Confluence, Mural & ServiceNow. Experience working closely with Product Owner to understand and align on backlog priorities. Posting Details Posting End Date: November 28, 2025. Salary Range: $85,642.50–$119,899.50 /year. This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Location: CAN Home Office Mississauga ON.
