Le ministère du Solliciteur général, Unité provinciale de médecine légale, Service de médecine légale de l'Ontario est à la recherche de deux pathologistes médico-légaux pour l'aider à fournir des services de médecine légale de haute qualité aux coroners, à la police, aux procureurs de la Couronne, aux avocats et aux tribunaux de l'Ontario.

Ce travail passionnant sera effectué dans les installations ultramodernes du Complexe des sciences judiciaires et du coroner.

L'Unité provinciale de médecine légale (UPML) est le principal service d'autopsie de la province de l'Ontario, qui opère sous les auspices du Service de médecine légale de l'Ontario. L'UPML réalise plus de 6 500 autopsies médico-légales par année, y compris tous les homicides et les décès suspects d'adultes, de nourrissons et d'enfants dans la région du Grand Toronto. En outre, l'UPML sert de centre de référence pour les cas complexes dans les autres régions de la province qui n'ont pas accès à des services d'experts en matière de pathologie médico-légale. En tant que pathologistes médico-légaux à l'UPML, vous participez activement à la formation de cycle supérieur, ainsi qu'à la formation médicale continue en pathologie médico-légale.
• Ce concours pourrait servir à créer une liste d'admissibilité en vue de pourvoir les postes de pathologistes médico-légaux à venir.
