Opportunity Dillon is hiring motivated, detail‑oriented individuals who excel at collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Write, edit, and format professional proposal responses that meet client requirements and internal standards. Manage the end‑to‑end proposal development and submission process, coaching authors and ensuring internal deadlines are met. Use AI tools and proposal management software to create polished submissions and lead process improvements. Collaborate with BDAS and Marketing to craft persuasive content that reflects our brand and resonates with clients. Coordinate kick‑off calls, develop action plans, and oversee proposal production with internal and external resources. Maintain quality assurance, schedule reviews, and final deliverable standards. Support continuous learning and professional development initiatives. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience preparing proposals and tender submissions. Post‑secondary education in administration, marketing, business, or communications. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, large‑document formatting, and Microsoft Excel. Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality orientation. Basic financial terms knowledge, budgeting, and schedule management (e.g., Gantt charts). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Experience at a professional services consulting firm and proposal‑management software is an asset. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint proficiency is an asset.
