Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust care as needed. Support patients through pre- and post-operative recovery, chronic condition management, and acute care interventions. Educate patients and families on discharge planning, treatments, and overall wellness. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards. Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
