This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we serve clients, develop future leaders, and enhance our assurance practice. What You’ll Do Lead and manage compilation, review, and audit engagements for private companies and not‑for‑profits Review working papers, financial statements, and T2 corporate tax returns Ensure compliance with ASPE and CSRE 2400 standards Mentor and guide junior and senior team members Build and maintain trusted client relationships, offering proactive solutions and advice Support process improvements and technology adoption within the firm Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to add strategic value Contribute to our inclusive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented culture What You Bring CPA designation (required) 5+ years of public practice experience, including assurance and tax Strong understanding of ASPE, HST, payroll, and corporate tax (T2) Skilled communicator with confidence in client‑facing roles Proven leadership and time‑management abilities A mentor at heart who enjoys helping others grow Tech‑savvy – experience with CaseWare, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA Why Join Us At I&A, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit, forward‑thinking CPA firm where your work truly makes an impact.
