The Production Manager must be passionate about lean manufacturing. For this position, we are looking for a strong candidate with excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Monitor manufacturing operations. Manage quality, productivity, and maintenance expectations. Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate employee training, development, and career advancement. Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance. Maintain appropriate communication with other plants based in Canada and abroad.
