Your Impact at PLATFORM The successful candidate will assist our Intelligence & Technology department with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development. Responsibilities Assist with data clean-up to ensure data integrity and mitigate the frequency of data errors Monitor and provide metrics on clean-up efforts Maintain reports within native system including but not limited to advancing time periods, onboarding and offboarding maintenance Well-versed in aligning data architecture with organizational intelligence goals Champion and lead growth, profitability, positive client and colleague experiences Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models and warehousing strategies Develop business reports using the data in Epic, Erlon, Policy Works and/or HubSpot including forecasting, budget and financial analysis to demonstrate the performance of the business Assist in reviewing current systems and workflows (Epic, Erlon, Policy Works and HubSpot) utilized at PLATFORM and RAISE, determine gaps in the data that require updating to support reliable reporting Be an integral part of the reporting team by adhering to reporting best practices and maintaining reporting standards in a timely fashion Create solutions for reporting gaps utilizing VBA, Power Automate, Power BI etc. Work with finance on enhancing and automating our budgeting solution Develop exception reports using the best reporting solution for the task at hand Education, Experience & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Strong working knowledge of VBA/Excel Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results.
