This role is key to driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction at Allnorth. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget — making a direct impact on Allnorth’s continued success.A Day in the LifePlan and forecast project resource needs.Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control for the PDG.Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives.Mentor and guide team members, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.Work closely with HR and project leaders on talent development, performance management, and ensuring the right skills are in place to deliver successful projects.Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance.Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes.Support project recovery planning when required.What You’ll Bring to the TeamDiploma of Technology or a B.
