Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $83,700 Bonus eligible compensation package Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization Collaborative work environment with a focus on employee passion and purpose Chance to contribute to global health improvements through diagnostic products Support available 24/7, with potential for on-call responsibilities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide technical support for cytology and molecular products via phone and email to both internal and external customers Troubleshoot issues with diagnostic instruments, reagents, and software Document customer interactions in the CRM system and elevate issues as needed Authorize returns of customer products for investigation and determine replacements Serve as a liaison to other departments concerning specific product lines What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in biology, Cytotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field Ability to understand scientific concepts related to DNA, RNA, and cytology Strong customer service skills with good communication and multitasking abilities Flexibility in schedule and comfort with phone communication Eagerness to start a career in the field and grow within the department How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification or equivalent Experience as a Cytology Prep Technician Familiarity with cytology, RT PCR, molecular, or virology Ability to troubleshoot Laboratory Information Systems interfaces and network computers Bilingual in French and English We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
