Role and Facility InformationFraser Health is the heart of health care for over two million people in 20 diverse communities from Burnaby to Fraser Canyon on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the Coast Salish and Nlaka’pamux Nations and is home to 32 First Nations within the Fraser Salish region.Our hospital and community-based services are delivered by a team of 48,000+ staff, medical staff and volunteers dedicated to serving our patients, families and communities.The Mission Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking to recruit a full time and/or part-time CCFP (+/- EM Trained) with ER experience.Our group consists of GP’s with excellent experience in the Emergency Department, including EM certified physicians.Mission Memorial Hospital is a physician run community hospital. It provides 24/7 emergency services with approximately 30,000 visits annually, consists of a 25-bed medical inpatient unit and 20-bed PATH unit (Patient Assessment and Transition Home), as well as a 10-bed Christine Morrison Hospice. Also provided are general medicine, laboratory and diagnostic services; including onsite x-ray, UltrasoundCT scanner in 2024-2025.Why Mission? Mission is ideally situated.
