For more information, visit www.victaulic.com.About the Role:The Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across various market sectors within Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland), with a strong focus on the mining industry. This role focuses on promoting engineered products and solutions by engaging with engineering firms, contractors, distributors, and industry partners. You\'ll develop relationships, drive sales, and support our local distribution network.ResponsibilitiesSales & Promotion: Sell products and services to prospects, specifiers, contractors, distributors, industry partners, and end-users.Market Strategy: Conduct market research and report findings to support sales strategy across multiple sectors.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry contacts.Project Development: Identify and pursue projects with high sales potential across various market sectors.Promotional Activities: Execute promotion plans including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits.Team Collaboration: Work with inside sales, engineering, and support teams for seamless customer experience.Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends.What You Bring2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, industrial, building products, or mining.Market/industry experience preferred with a reliable and dependable work ethic.Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, owners, distributors, and industry professionals.Excellent communication and organizational abilities with mechanical aptitude.College or university degree preferred.Travel (25-30%) within Atlantic Canada territory.Salary & BenefitsSalary: $80k+ (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)Equal Opportunity & AccommodationVictaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
