Bilingual (English/French) Workers Compensation Case Manager - Virtual Alight Solutions is hiring a bilingual Workers Compensation Case Manager to work virtually (work from home) and manage Quebec workers’ compensation claims. Key Responsibilities Open claims with the Quebec Workers’ Compensation Board (CNESST) and manage them proactively to minimize time-loss and costs. Investigate and analyze reported incidents to identify and address issues promptly. Maintain regular and open communication with clients, injured workers, and the CNESST. Interpret and apply Quebec's workers’ compensation legislation, policies, and procedures. File injury reports, identify appeal issues, and draft objection letters. Develop, implement, and monitor return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies. Ensure timely follow-up on medical reports and review CNESST correspondence. Identify and prepare files for Independent Medical Evaluations (IME). Requirements Proven experience in managing workers' compensation claims in Quebec. Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and the claims management process in Quebec. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French. Background in human resources, health and safety, or insurance is an asset.
