Works closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify and close new business opportunities. Involved in defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production, and facilities are available to successfully execute the program. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality departments to ensure on-time, on-target program performance. As part of the Program Management Team, manages programs and pursuits to achieve ADG quarterly orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related program/project experience2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentFluency in both French and English, both oral and writtenStrong problem-solving and continuous improvement skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams (asset)Participative leadership and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of strategic and operational company goals and ability to achieve resultsOrganized, independent, and methodical work approachPreferred Skills:Experience in government contracting or the defense industry; CBRN knowledge is a plusPMP certificationBachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or management• Annual performance bonus• Group insurance paid two-thirds by the employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
