Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 125 Days Contract + 375 Days Extension
Job Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change requests and to communicate the status of these to all project participants.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platforms.
Quality Assurance Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, test scripts, and test data; documenting software defects and tracking resolutions.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessions.
- Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and also perform as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as SharePoint, .NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Demonstrated experience documenting and tracking testing and issue tracking systems such as JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, and Asana.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests are complete.
