This position offers a full-time schedule with the flexibility to work from home, accommodating the evolving needs of our workforce while maintaining high levels of performance and communication. Our new Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships and expanding our market presence. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor products and services effectively. Develop comprehensive and detailed sales strategies to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals. Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's consulting services and value proposition. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by implementing strategic prospecting and networking activities. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, support, and management to optimize client satisfaction and business results. Provide regular feedback to management regarding market intelligence and competitive landscape. Stay current with industry practices, product developments, and regulatory aspects affecting sales activities. Participate in professional events, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and expand network. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, sales processes, and report on sales forecasts. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role with a track record of achieving sales quotas. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent negotiation skills with a knack for establishing rapport with clients. Ability to deliver captivating presentations and drive complex sales negotiations. Proficient in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools relevant to the sales process. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. Entrepreneurial spirit with a resilient and proactive approach. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements.
