CRM Analyst - Reactivations - Remote Work Join BairesDev as a CRM Analyst – Reactivations and help us double over $50M/year in revenue in the next 12 months through data‑driven, high‑visibility campaigns. Our remote team is part of a 4,000+ talent network, supported by top tech leaders and a culture that values innovation, mentorship, and career growth. What You'll Do Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation. Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue‑generating tactics such as audience, messaging, and triggers. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what is working and what isn’t. Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance. Quality‑assure emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target. Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities. Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions. Navegate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing. 2+ years of B2B experience. 2+ years of Email Marketing experience. Experience working for US companies (Plus).
