Our brands include Accent Inns, Hotel Zed, and ROAR in Tofino, BC.Role overview: The VP of Finance will be wholly responsible for financial compliance and providing the finance team with the information needed to support the organization. The role will increase financial literacy and contribute to setting the long-term strategic plan, keep the team informed on up-to-date financials, analyze industry trends, and provide strategic input on growth and brand performance. You will lead a high-performing Finance team and partner across operations to optimize financial planning and reporting.Reporting and collaboration: This role reports to the President and works closely with the CEO, supporting the finance team and cross-functional partners to meet the organization’s needs and future goals.What we are looking for in a leader: You will be a DEIB champion, an effective coach and mentor, and an exact communicator who translates vision into action.
