Your Main Responsibilities Field work responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Construction observation; Control and topographic surveys using construction level, total station and GPS; Construction layout; Volume and as-built surveys; Maintaining client relations Office work responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: AutoCAD drafting and design; including alignments, grading, section, details and volume calculations; Construction cost estimates; Assisting in the preparation of technical specifications; Constructability and quality checks of drawing and tender packages. What Makes You Unique Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited college; Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D; 2 years relative experience; Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Maintain a valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation; Available to travel and work extended hours; Experience with design of municipal infrastructure would be considered an asset.
