OverviewJob Title: Engineer & Continuous Improvement CoordinatorLocation: Cornwall, ONPay: $96,530/yrJob Type: Full-TimeWe're currently seeking an Engineering & Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support our operations by driving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate current production processes, equipment, and workflow to identify inefficiencies or areas for optimizationLead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects using various methodologiesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, automation, and new equipment integrationMonitor KPIs, including OEE, downtime, waste, and throughput, and develop action plans to address gapsFacilitate root cause analysis and corrective action for production-related issuesTrain and engage employees in CI tools and methodologies to build a problem-solving culture on the shop floorAssist in maintaining accurate documentation for processes, procedures, and SOPsEnsure all improvements align with safety and quality standardsQualificationsDegree in Process, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or other related field with a minimum of 3-5 years in a engineering roleTechnical diploma combined with 5-10 years' experienceUse of office suite and software platformsBilingualism is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
