Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in inventory coordination? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking parts for our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Place orders with multiple suppliers for parts
  • Receive incoming orders, conduct verification, and ensure proper storage
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Organize the parts room for efficient access and storage
  • Include parts on customers' invoices accurately
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent shortages
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide technicians with general parts knowledge and assistance
  • Prepare and present reports to management regarding inventory status

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an inventory coordinator or in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the heavy truck/manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office software
  • Knowledge of different types and sizes of parts, including metric and imperial measurements, is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate inventory management
