Responsibilities:
- Work in a team to ensure preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment.
- Participate in the improvement of equipment in place and the implementation of new equipment.
- Provide support to production teams.
- You need to be safety-conscious, energetic, and able to understand your role in our team.
- Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, and support Health & Safety program.
- Maintain communications program to keep employees informed.
- Support compliance with collective agreements and sound union/management/employee relations.
- Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Preference given to those possessing a Red Seal Certificate
- Education: Two-year college diploma preferred
- Experience: Extensive mechanical experience is an asset
- Language: Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)

Responsabilités:
- Travailler en équipe pour assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de production.
- Participer à l’amélioration des équipements en place et à l’implantation de nouveaux équipements.
- Apporter un soutien aux équipes de production.
- Vous devez être soucieux de la sécurité, énergique et capable de comprendre votre rôle au sein de notre équipe.
- Promouvoir et fournir un lieu de travail sûr, rechercher des améliorations et soutenir le programme de santé et de sécurité.
- Maintenir un programme de communication pour informer les employés.
- Soutenir le respect des conventions collectives et des relations saines entre les syndicats, la direction et les employés.
- Rendre compte au superviseur de l’entretien.
Exigences:
- La préférence est donnée à ceux qui possèdent un certificat du Sceau rouge.
- Formation : Diplôme d’études collégiales de deux ans de préférence
- Expérience : Une vaste expérience en mécanique est un atout
- Langue : Le bilinguisme est un atout (français et anglais)
