Sub-Contract Electrician

We are looking for:
Electrician sub contractors to partner with us in order to complete the electrical work required for our many different turn over projects. Experience working in the fast- paced environment of rental unit renovations is an asset.
 
Types of work include but are not limited to:
  • Electrical Panel Retrofits
  • Running lines for GFI's, range hoods, stove outlets, light fixtures etc.
  • Installation of light fixtures, switches and outlets
  • ESA inspections
  • Fixture relocations

A successful candidate must have:
  • 2-5 years experience in electrical work in high-rise rental apartment buildings (Preferred)
  • A reliable vehicle
  • Their own tools kept in optimal condition
  • WSIB coverage

***All work is within the GTA***
