We aim to create a future where logistics is faster, more sustainable, and fully optimized through cutting-edge technology.Our Mission: To deliver simplified, innovative, and sustainable logistics solutions that empower our customers to optimize their supply chains, reduce costs, and enhance delivery efficiency.About the role:Job Title: Brand and Social Media ManagerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: North York, OntarioKey Responsibilities:Video Production:Plan, film, and edit a variety of video content, including explainer videos, case studies, behind-the-scenes videos, Tiktoks, Instagram reels, Youtube shorts and be the face of the brand as per needCoordinate all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, storyboarding, filming, audio, lighting, and post-production editing with other members of the video production teamIncorporate motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content.Creative Content Development:Develop innovative video concepts and scripts that align with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that resonates with our target audience and highlights our unique value propositions.Ensure video content is engaging, informative, and optimized for different platforms (e.g., website, social media, YouTube).Content Strategy and Distribution:Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute a video content calendar that supports overall marketing and content strategies.Manage video content distribution across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.Performance Analysis and Optimization:Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement rates, and conversions, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Stay current with video marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance video content strategy and production quality.Collaboration and Project Management:Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., videographers, animators) to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access and future use.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in video creation and editing, preferably in a B2B or corporate setting.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.Strong creative and storytelling skills with a portfolio of video content that demonstrates a range of styles and techniques.Experience in all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, and post-production.Knowledge of B2B marketing and an understanding of how to create content that speaks to a professional audience.Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Experience working with a cross-functional team environment and strong communication skills.What we offer:A supportive and enriching work environment offering substantial ownership and growth prospects.
