TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Designer / ergonome web ayant d'excellentes aptitudes techniques, d'excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre à profit ses compétences au sein d'une équipe polyvalente.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.
Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :
  • Collaborer avec les architectes et analystes d'affaires pour recueillir et comprendre les objectifs visés ainsi que les besoins d'affaires de l'organisation ;
  • Sensibiliser l'équipe de gestion et l'équipe de projet quant à l'approche de conception centrée sur l'utilisateur ;
  • Préparer et organiser des ateliers remue-méninges pour la présentation client et le design conceptuel ;
  • Effectuer le design d'expériences de bout en bout en utilisant des techniques de design participatif et itératif ;
  • Créer des designs d'interfaces visuelles en utilisant des persona, story-board, scénario, flux utilisateur et cas utilisateur ;
  • Présenter les concepts à l'équipe pour discussion et intégration des commentaires ;
  • Transposer de l'information complexe dans une proposition de design d'utilisation simple et facile ;
  • Développer les maquettes UX, les flux utilisateurs et les prototypes interactifs ;
  • Produire les spécifications des interfaces utilisateurs et les graphiques finaux pour les sites Web, services en ligne, etc. ;
  • Concevoir des designs adaptables à toutes sortes d'appareils et écrans de différentes grandeurs ;
  • Appliquer les normes et règles en matière d'écriture Web, d'accessibilité, de navigation, de présentation, d'architecture ainsi que de hiérarchie du contenu ;
  • Effectuer des observations ainsi que des tests d'utilisabilité auprès des utilisateurs finaux ;
  • Effectuer des essais de contrôle de qualité et de sécurité pour les fonctionnalités développées ;
  • Communiquer des concepts techniques à des auditoires non-techniques à différents niveaux de l'organisation
Requirements
  • Cumuler un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans le développement Web ou mobile, dont au moins deux (2) années à titre de designer Web ;
  • Avoir participé à au moins deux (2) mandats dans un environnement d'affaires comparable en tant que designer Web, dont au moins un (1) au cours des deux (2) années précédant la demande d'intervention ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des standards d'accessibilité Web en place au Gouvernement du Québec et des meilleures pratiques du marché à cet égard

ENGLISH
TEHORA is currently looking for a Designer / web ergonomist with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables:
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to collect and understand the targeted objectives as well as the business needs of the organization;
  • Sensitize the management team and the project team on the user-centered design approach;
  • Prepare and organize brainstorming workshops for client presentation and conceptual design;
  • Carry out the design of end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques;
  • Create visual interface designs using personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and user cases;
  • Present the concepts to the team for discussion and integration of comments;
  • Transpose complex information into a simple and easy-to-use design proposal;
  • Develop UX models, user flows and interactive prototypes;
  • Produce user interface specifications and final graphics for websites, online services, etc. ;
  • Design designs adaptable to all kinds of devices and screens of different sizes;
  • Apply standards and rules for web writing, accessibility, navigation, presentation, architecture as well as content hierarchy;
  • Perform observations as well as usability tests with end users;
  • Perform quality control and security tests for the developed functionalities;
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences at different levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in web or mobile development, including at least two (2) years as a web designer;
  • Have participated in at least two (2) mandates in a comparable business environment as a Web designer, including at least one (1) during the two (2) years preceding the request for intervention;
  • Have a good knowledge of the Web accessibility standards in place at the Government of Quebec and the best market practices in this regard
