Dilawri Group in Ontario  is now actively searching for aUsed Car Sales Managerto assist ourDomestic Brand locationsin the GTA. 

Apply to this position if you:

· Have experience in a Sales Manager's role in a dealership environment.

· Have a valid OMVIC certification.

· Have a valid G license, in good standing.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise, direct and lead the used car department.

· Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.

· Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery.

· Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.

· Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs.

· Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.

· Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed.

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team

· Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.

· Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

· Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

· Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
