We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Systems Analyst / Program Manager with a focus on CRM systems to join our teamThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary data analysis across ERP, CRM, and Production Systems, supporting data modifications for CRM integration, and providing comprehensive documentation and training support throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of trading company data within ERP BAAN, CRM, and Production Systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Provide support for data modifications within ERP BAAN, CRM, and Production Systems to facilitate successful CRM integration
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data transfer and integration processes
  • Create comprehensive project and system-related user and technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, and user manuals
  • Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness

CRM Implementation Support:

  • Support the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, customization, and testing
  • Collaborate with end users and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of CRM solutions
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end users on the effective use of CRM systems
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance their understanding and proficiency
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key users during the initial implementation cycle, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
Competencies
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM and ERP BAAN systems and integration within manufacturing systems
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from ERP BAAN, CRM, and Production Systems
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Infor LN Baan, Microsoft Dynamics, or internally developed CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise user and technical documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in delivering end user training sessions and providing ongoing support
