YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Client Relationship Management
Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Administering mental health assessments, onboarding clients, and training internal champions for facilitation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external business partners, clinicians, and stakeholders while gathering and applying feedback to enhance program success.
Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
Collaborating with the President to implement assessments, educational programs, and environmental design.
Leading or participating in leadership meetings, working groups, and exploring new business opportunities and markets aligned with the framework’s services.
Reporting on program success, key performance indicators, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve strategic goals.
Providing supervisory support to co-op students involved in the program.
Program Development and Innovation
Organizing and executing events to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and support the program’s effectiveness and performance.
Staying informed on industry trends, technology, and innovation to ensure the program remains relevant and forward-thinking.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certification (ex. mental health or project management) is a plus.
Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role, with a track record of managing relationships, achieving successful outcomes, and identifying new business opportunities.
Expertise in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects, frameworks, and market research.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of mental health and wellness in a corporate or organizational context, and proficiency with related assessment tools and onboarding processes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and build positive relationships with clients, external partners, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and host events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Experience mentoring or supervising team members or co-op students is an asset.
Technical proficiency with office software (ex. Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
