Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant to provide processes and tools to assist the Enterprise Operations division. Enterprise Operations is undergoing transformations requiring that we take on more and more responsibilities and accountabilities.
We would like EO teams to take on a role of self-managing by better understanding how they fit into the big picture and enhancing abilities to do the right task at the right time for the right reasons. To motivate employees to focus on the future, they must understand the purpose, master the necessary skills for success and have the autonomy to reach the end results without being directed from above.
Our valued client is seeking a Bilingual Facilitator consultant to provide processes and tools to assist the Enterprise Operations’ teams in building the shared common principles and to engage them in building the big picture through a 3-year vision of the Work, the Team, the Clients, the Technologies, and the Workplace.
This three-year vision is then translated into a one-year strategic action plan by using S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Trackable) goals with indicators of success that help the team to understand what needs to be done, for whom they are doing it, and finally why the work is important. Armed with this plan, teams can focus on the future and can truly understand that making decisions is easier when team’s principles are defined and that managing an ever-changing landscape becomes easier if we can understand how it will impact our longer-term goals and objectives.

Pre-session(s) - (Facilitator, Senior Management)
Discovery and Design: During the pre-session meetings, the Senior Facilitator Consultant must meet with Senior Management to explore what is currently happening in the team’s environment that should be included in the delivery of the workshop. This provides information on areas that require focus vs areas that do not and helps the facilitator and participants to better understand objectives.
Session 1 – (Facilitator, Managers, Directors, Senior Management)
Skills Development Session: The Senior Facilitator Consultant must facilitate the session between Managers, Directors, and Senior Management to obtain a clear understanding of EO priorities, shared common processes and tools for the participants to be able to immediately apply in the workplace. The Senior Facilitator Consultant must work with participants to come up with Values, Mission, and a 3-year vision.
Session 2 – (Facilitator, Directors, Senior Management)
Application and Implementation Session: The Senior Facilitator Consultant must facilitate the session between Directors and Senior Management to create a series of work processes (a Playbook), to create a shared common method for the teams to work, and to assist clients in using their newly developed skills on actual work situations.
Post-session – (Facilitator, Senior Management)
Implementation Session: The Senior Facilitator Consultant must facilitate the session between Senior Management and offer clarification or help with the application of the skills and processes created at the workshop.
