Description

As an Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to support our client’s HR processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM tools and provide expertise in optimizing human capital management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM applications.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR performance and management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and other related HR technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) a strong plus.
  • Knowledge and hands-on implementation experience designing and implementing scalable, and reliable Oracle Cloud HCM applications and functionalities.
