We are looking for people with a history of success as a 360 recruiter and who want to keep growing with additional support.

Identify and hunt new business opportunities with respect to using Harbinger Network as a 3rd party recruiter to fill vacancies Lead the development of new opportunities to grow your own portfolio Leverage our well-established client database for you to hit the ground running Work closely with clients and build on a trusting relationship in order to win more business Have full access to resources and team members to help fill your client Vacancies Collaborate with the Team to ensure the right individuals are presented with the right opportunities About you10+ years Staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager/Account Manager - Specific to CONSTRUCTION in Manitoba Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach Hold a track record of demonstrated sales success Highly motivated, resilient and driven to achieve quality service and delivery Exceptional relationship building and great communication skills Original job Construction Client Development Executive - MB posted on GrabJobs .
