POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our Laurence building located in Downtown Montreal is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be available to respond to emergencies

Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required

Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas

Distribution of communications to tenants

Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym

Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations

Maintain a clean working environment

Maintain property spaces and systems

Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces

Other Related Tasks

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years

DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
