Recruitment Partners is currently searching for a Preventative Maintenance Lead to join our client’s team. This client is in the environmental and energy infrastructure space and is growing quickly.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

  • The role's primary duties and responsibilities are aligned with the maturity phases of the preventative maintenance system development and implementation.
  • Manage and grow their enterprise-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Actively support 150 system users, both in the field and at in the corporate office. Support front-line leaders in the field and support teams by training Operations staff to use the Preventive Maintenance Software
  • Management of asset records
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with business unit leaders to forecast Capital and Operations planning and expenditures
  • Provide oversight and governance to the Preventive Maintenance program
  • Audit program implementation and performance
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to ensure the program grows with the business
  • Create and manage relevant Program Documentation
  • Liaise with other program owners to ensure business continuity is maintained (ex. CCM / MOC / DAM / AIMS / QCP)
  • Uphold the integrity of the Database to ensure effectiveness of the system
  • Quality Assurance
  • Work with business leaders to ensure work order compliance is being met through dashboards, audits, and inspections

Your strengths include:

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in engineering, technical studies, or the sciences. Equivalencies earned through work experience will be considered
  • Minimum five years Asset Management, Integrity, Preventive Maintenance, Operations experience or a combination of
  • Experience in the energy industry, either in the office or in the field
  • Proven track record of building trust with field operations
  • Project Management experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to run, maintain, and evolve a large-scale, highly impactful business program
  • Excellent computer and application skills with proven analytical competency
  • A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving is critical
  • Driven to provide quality customer service to all levels of an organization.
  • Change management skills and the ability to motivate people in an organization to conduct routine activities in an improved manner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage stakeholders and system users
  • A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders is essential
  • Ability to lead a team through positive influence and encouragement
  • Personal alignment with and commitment to the client’s values
