My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 600 locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Job Description: 

My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.

Position Requirements: 

  • Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends and eveings
  • Highly energetic
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Custom Service Experience 
  • Adept sales skills
  • Experience with marketing and social media
  • Clean background check
Compensation:

Starts at $18 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $18 -$22 per hour. Pluss tips

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops
