This position’s primary focus is on data analysis and execution with an opportunity to work on more advanced Performance campaign responsibilities and other responsibility in related media such as Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, etc. The key to success, and foundation for future growth, is being organized and aware. The Assistant position encompasses active learning through participation in order to absorb as much digital media knowledge as possible.The Role & ExpectationsClient Engagement:Attend and assist with client status, briefings, and reporting callsCommunication & Collaboration:Ability to analyse campaign data and write insights in performance reporting and QBR presentationsWork and communicate verbally and in written form with internal teams during the development of campaign strategy and campaign executionIdentify and escalate technical issues through communication with internal teamsAccountability:Thorough quality checks of campaign set up, billing system, and in platformEnsure timely and accurate campaign launch and deliveryDeliver all reports and insights to meet deadlines set by client teamsFinancial Management:Input billing information into PrismaManage daily budget pacing / performance goal pacingEnsure procurement digital KPI are maintained and monitored, ensuring new cross discipline teams are aware of requirements, including Double Verify or Google Campaign Manager viewability and brand safety requirements.Assist in analyzing and closing billing estimatesMedia/Business Acumen:Entry position will enable learning of digital and client requirements, including participation in ensuring comprehension of learning agenda, measurement frameworks, and client digital service requirementsYour ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with team members to develop campaign plans and strategiesCompiling and organizing campaign data across different platforms to report to clientsAnalyze campaign performance data to write insights for ongoing client reportsUtilize campaign management tools to execute campaigns and improve overall performanceAssist with daily budget pacingIdentify optimization tactics & perform basic optimizationsDevelop interest targets following PHD and client-specific best practicesFlexibility to work across platforms. At times jumping in to support buyers when needed. (Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc)Support activation teams by performing thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy of set upRecognize technical issues and escalate appropriatelyMonitor client, competitor and industry changesSupport ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, etc.Performs various other duties as assignedLearn and utilize Omni, OMG’s people-based marketing platform, including contribution and collaboration for Audience development within Omni platform for activation, Studio for channel planning ideas, and digital content for inventory analysis and assessment, and more.
