TalentWorld is recruiting an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Collaborate with teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Serve as an expert on SAP SuccessFactors HCM, guiding project teams.
  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
  • Provide support, training, and documentation for system users.
  • Stay updated on HR and SAP SuccessFactors trends.
  • Advise clients on leveraging technology for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology consulting or related roles.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred (e.g., SuccessFactors Professional Certification).
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with other HR systems and tools is a plus (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM).

Employment Details

  • Salary: $80HR - $100HR
  • Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 12 month contract, possibility of extension
