As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team by adding a strong organized and effective Construction Administrator to assist our construction managers, site supers and design team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible to participate in the preparation of construction documents and manage site construction activities on projects with minimal supervision.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Administrator at OE Design located in North York, ON. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, managing construction administration services, communicating with stakeholders, handling submittals, and assisting with project management tasks.QualificationsExperience in project coordination, construction administration services, and project managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle submittals and documentationAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in relevant software and toolsKnowledge of construction processes and regulationsAbility to work well in a team environmentRelevant education or certifications
