As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team by adding a strong organized and effective  Construction Administrator to assist our construction managers, site supers and design team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible to participate in the preparation of construction documents and manage site construction activities on projects with minimal supervision.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Administrator at OE Design located in North York, ON. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, managing construction administration services, communicating with stakeholders, handling submittals, and assisting with project management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration services, and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle submittals and documentation
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Relevant education or certifications
