Job Title: Cisco Voice Level 3 engineer Duration: 12 MonthsLocation: MTL-2001 2001 Robert-Bourassa Suite 900 Montreal Canada H3A 2A6 QuebecJob Description: Duties in scopeLevel 3 BAU support of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail and Unified CallCenter ExpressActive participation in the upgrade of the above-mentioned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systemsLevel 3 troubleshooting of those systemsWorking with the vendor Cisco in case of issuesDocumenting and/or updating documentation of the aboveCisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation/maintenance ofOracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB) Oracle Enterprise Operations MonitorIntegration of PSTN telephone with TEAMSVitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solutionKey CompetenciesStrong team playerStrong communication and documentation skillsAt least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned productsCan work independentlySkills, Knowledge and ExperienceIndepth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice GatewaysIndepth knowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version 12 and aboveGood working knowledge of Unity and UCCxWorking knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferableWorking knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
