Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious recent graduate to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager with administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for a high-achiever with a keen interest in project management as well as in finance and budgeting. You will provide comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of our office while managing a suite of projects that drive impact for our clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a highly entrepreneurial spirit contributing to a young and smart team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with company and client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking for various projects and office operations.
  3. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  4. Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  5. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  6. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  7. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  8. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are ordered and stocked.
  9. Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
  10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience successfully managing projects. Interest or experience in finance and budgeting an advantage.
  3. Highly entrepreneurial, energetic and creative in achieving objectives.
  4. Comfortable with innovative environments requiring initiative and creative thinking.
  5. Inspired by large-scale impact that benefits societies and improves prosperity.
  6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  10. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
