You’ll draw on your experience to understand the specific needs of each project and client, define the required deliverables, and oversee and participate in their execution, while also serving as a coach to less experienced resources.

- Lead the preparation of proposals and participate in business development activities.
- Work on various stages of major projects, depending on the level of engineering involved.
- Lead and carry out electrical engineering projects for industrial clients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary projects as the person in charge of the electrical portion.
- Oversee the preparation of plans and specifications, procurement packages, material takeoffs and studies, as well as the drafting of technical study reports.
- Monitor the electrical engineering project team, budgets, schedules, design reviews, and deliverable quality as well as health and safety.
- Check performance indicators and share results with clients on a monthly basis.
- Present change notices to clients and define additional mandates with them.
- Offer coaching to project leaders to achieve objectives.

Summary of Certifications and Job Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- At least ten years of professional experience in industrial and multidisciplinary projects
- Technical and functional skills in industrial power distribution (MV and LV)
- Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
