Position Information The DMI Systems Support Analyst provides software and high‑level hardware support on Diagnostic Imaging Information Systems and workstations. Working under the guidance of the DMI System Administrator, the analyst performs daily system maintenance activities and offers support and troubleshooting to users. Rotation/Shift Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8‑hour shifts. For information purposes only – The Hospital reserves the right to change. Basic Requirements Information/Business Systems or Health Care related diploma; Minimum 4 years experience in an Information Management environment; Working knowledge of medical imaging processes; Demonstrated knowledge of HIS and other hospital systems that interrelate with Diagnostic Imaging information systems; Proficiency in administrative software such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentations; Excellent customer service, project management and interpersonal skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills; Above‑average ability to anticipate problems and react appropriately; Excellent analytical and strong problem‑solving skills; Eligible to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information/Business Systems or Health Care; Experience working in a Diagnostic Imaging environment or equivalent health care related field; Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
