Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
  2. Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
  4. Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively
  5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  6. Train new employees on store policies and procedures
  7. Conduct interviews for hiring new staff members
  8. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cashiering process
  9. Assist in budgeting, pricing, and sales management activities

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on achieving targets
  2. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  4. Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to assist in financial planning
  5. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
  6. Experience in interviewing and training staff members is preferred
