Position Details:

Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Your creative flair, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our brand presence and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing approach.

The primary responsibilities and duties include; but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate email marketing initiatives, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Support the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and graphics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain and update the company's website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools and materials to empower the sales team.
  • Other additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Academic Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years+ of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the B2B or technology industry.

Specific Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract valuable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
