Ce que vous ferez
  • Appuyer les équipes de label management et des ventes dans leurs diverses tâches
  • Compiler et partager des rapports hebdomadaires pour les projets prioritaires (ex.: rapports de visibilité sur les plateformes digitales comme Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, etc.)
  • Mettre à jour et faire circuler à l’interne et à l’externe des rapports de ventes, des récapitulatifs de campagnes digitales et / ou d’analyse de données sur le marché
  • Conseiller les labels sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de distribution digitale et physique
  • S’assurer du suivi et de la mise à jour des informations essentielles à l’équipe des ventes pour la promotion des sorties prioritaires auprès des plateformes
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes des ventes digitales et physiques pour mettre à jour les calendriers de sorties, divers documents de présentation, etc.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour différents outils marketing selon les besoins de l’équipe des ventes
  • Soutenir l’équipe de label management dans l’accomplissement de plusieurs tâches opérationnelles (gestion de la distribution des produits numériques et physiques)
  • Aider à la préparation de diverses présentations et stratégies de mise en marché selon les besoins de l’équipe
  • Aider à communiquer diverses informations avec les équipes internes locales et internationales, ainsi qu’avec les partenaires externes
  • Aider à mettre à jour plusieurs guides ressources pour les partenaires
  • Se joindre et contribuer à plusieurs rencontres marketing et de l’équipe des ventes
  • Projets spéciaux au besoin
  • Tâches administratives générales pour supporter les différentes équipes au besoin
Qui vous êtes
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et des priorités, ainsi qu’un souci du détail, même dans un environnement changeant
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et de Google Workspace et facilité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux outils
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capacité de travailler en équipe à l’interne, avec la haute direction et avec nos partenaires externes
  • Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie musicale et des réseaux sociaux, y compris les tendances, les défis et les opportunités du marché; avoir le désir de s’adapter constamment aux changements

The Orchard has an immediate opening for a Toronto basedCoordinator, Label Management & Sales. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Label Management, you will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the sales and label management teams. You will have excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task, a creative spirit, and a passion for music

What you'll do
  • Support the Sales & Label Management teams across a variety of functions
  • Compile and circulate weekly DSP recaps of global placements for priority releases
  • Maintain and distribute weekly sales, marketing and insight reports for release campaigns internally and externally
  • Consistently inform and educate labels with current and developing best practice
  • Ensure essential pitch information is available to sales teams for priority releases
  • Working with the Digital and Physical Sales teams to help maintain new release grids, long lead schedules, release recap decks and more.
  • Maintain marketing tools (photos, album art, other assets) as needed by the sales team
  • Assist label management team with operational requests
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales plans, both internally and externally, as needed
  • Provide communication support across clients and various global team leads and departments
  • Organize and maintain team resources and guides
  • Attend and contribute to regular sales and marketing meetings
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • General admin support for the sales and label management teams as needed and requested.
Who you are
  • A highly organized professional that pays close attention to the details with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Applications and are adaptable to new programs
  • A clear and effective communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners and senior management
  • You have good knowledge of the digital space, including music retail, analytics and social media, with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing landscape.
  • You are able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption while being a team player
  • You are resourceful and a self-driven problem solver
  • You are passionate about the music business and have a desire to build a career in the industry
  • Prior work or intern experience at a record label or music distribution company preferred
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
