Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for ensuring that the company upholds its quality standards by employing engineering methods grounded in best practices.

  2. Supervise and mentor engineering team.

  3. Review documents, materials, and products to ensure they meet the company industry standards.

  4. Foster open communication and a safe work environment for team development.

  5. Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after installation.

  6. Deliver high-quality customer service, representing the company professionally.

  7. Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies for a clean and organized work environment.

  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment.

  9. Additional related duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree or a 3-year diploma in Electronic Controls or Electrical Engineering. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in testing engineering.

Extensive experience in Manufacturing especially in PCB design.

Proficiency in key software applications including AUTOCAD, SolidWorks’, REVIT, programming languages (C, C++), and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated aptitude in project management with a keen focus on organization and attention to detail.

Proven ability in written and verbal communication, including the development and delivery of presentations.
