If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Bluedrop ISM is seeking a QC Specialist to join our Learning Services Team to ensure our cutting-edge educational content meets the highest standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a QC Specialist, you will define and maintain test plans to establish effective QA processes, test functionality across multiple browsers and devices, and review text, graphics, audio, and interactivity against original scripted content. You'll also QA user experience and usability, collaborate with Instructional Designers to verify content accuracy, and work closely with Courseware Developers to implement necessary changes.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and simply
  • Strong analytical, time management and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of Articulate Storyline would be an asset
  • Experience with version control software
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoy being part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain test plans to create effective QA processes
  • Test technical functionality/compatibility across multiple browsers and devices
  • Review text/graphics/audio/interactivity against original scripted content (storyboards)
  • QA user experience and usability
  • Work with the Instructional Designers to verify questions on content
  • Work with the Courseware Developers to implement changes to the course
