Travel Marketing Specialist

About Us

The role is accountable for the development and maintenance of comprehensive processes for identifying, assessing, measuring, monitoring, reporting, and where appropriate, reducing pertinent risks that could interfere with the company's objectives and goals. It also plays a key role in the establishment and maintenance of a risk culture and control environment that enables management's effective risk taking in pursuit of the company's overall business and organizational objectives. The scope of this role encompasses CCG and its subsidiaries including Echelon Insurance Company, CAA Insurance Company, and Orion Travel Insurance Company.

Position Details

What you will do -
  • Development of recommend strategies, plans and roadmaps for campaigns or tactics addressing travel marketing objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning meetings and brainstorms with key stakeholders, to obtain new marketing ideas and obtain key insights/feedback.
  • Execute results-driven marketing campaigns and activities by leveraging various marketing channels and tactics to meet KPIs
  • Communicate campaign details as required to internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful information-sharing and execution.
  • Deliver ongoing campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis for every marketing initiative.
  • Track budget for planned tactics or campaigns and report on spend and results
  • Connect with key stakeholders to gather and/or review insights from reporting, course-correct and further support the business in meeting objectives
  • Monitor competitors and other comparable businesses' marketing activities, tactics and customer experiences to provide insight on competitive risks
  • Leverage expertise and insights from internal and external partners and channel experts to inform recommendations
Who you are -
  • A College diploma or University degree, with focus on business, strategy, marketing is an asset
  • Action-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels
  • Ability to develop and foster collaborative and constructive internal and external relationships
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail and creative problem solving
  • Experience with Marketing campaign execution, creative brief writing, project management including budgets and Relationship management
