Your Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 consultant with hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end implementations of this module on the Implementation Partner side. this position specifically requires full implementation experience from the partner perspective. The candidate will have the ability to gather client requirements, design and configure solutions, and work through multiple iterative cycles to refine the solution. Following the Iteration phases, they will lead the testing process, including testing the solution, guiding the client through testing, reviewing defects, troubleshooting, and providing resolutions. After testing, the consultant will be responsible for preparing the Production system and completing all cutover activities.
This role requires a blend of both technical and functional expertise, so it's essential that the candidate can effectively navigate technical tasks while adapting their communication style to suit both business and IT stakeholders. Candidates must hold an Associate Level Certification in SF Onboarding 2.0.
Travel to the client site will be required for major workshops or based on specific client requests, but most of the work will be remote. We have many projects lined up in this space, with the first engagement starting in mid-September. We'll likely need more people as other projects get closer to their start date.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Module experience
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in at least two (2) successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Proven track record in spearheading client requirement-gathering workshops, offering valuable insights into system capabilities, and guiding clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client requirements.
- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Implementation experience with Onboarding 2.0 is a strong asset

Fluency in French is a strong asset.
