As an Engineer on the OneDrive / Sharepoint team within the Professional Services organization, you will have the opportunity to support the service delivery functions related to the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Sharepoint/ OneDrive solutions for our valued enterprise and public sector clients.

What you’ll do:

  1. You will support the team on Sharepoint/ OneDrive projects, which would include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancement, administration, policy development, and user training. This will require a technical understanding of planning, designing, setting up, and administering Microsoft OneDrive / Sharepoint environments.
  2. You will work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OneDrive / Sharepoint, in accordance with contract SLAs.
  3. You will help to provide technical guidance and direction to Technicians on the team, in efforts to enhance and develop their expertise, experience, and skill set.
  4. You will have a hunger for learning, and take advantage of the opportunities to pursue relevant certifications and training for OneDrive / Sharepoint.
  5. You will be a role model for our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others & owning the end result.
  6. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly visible customer-facing role.
  7. You will have the chance to use your technology expertise, supporting a detailed, actionable Statement of Work with our architects, engineers, and project managers.
  8. You will do this by staying on top of new trends and technology updates.
  9. You will also continually fine-tune your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills along the way.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  3. A proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first.
  4. Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CX.
  5. Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma. Equivalent industry experience is a plus.
  6. Minimum of 1 year of prior work experience in a technical role (Technician) in a similar organization / focus area.
  7. Training and / or certificates to include; M365 Fundamentals, M365 Identity and Access Administrator Associate, and MS Teams Administrator Associate.
